T.P. Ostwal (fondly addressed as “TP”) is the founding partner of the firm and has been in practice since 1978. TP has extensive experience in advising national and multinational client in direct tax, personal tax, transfer pricing, business acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures etc in addition to the traditional areas of audit & assurance and company law. Over 30 years, he has extensively advised a host of corporate and business houses engaged in diverse range of businesses on cross border transactions.
TP has been ranked 11th in 50 Tax Professionals in the world for the year 2006-07 by Tax-Business magazine of UK in Nov. 2006. He was ex- vice chairman of IFA- Netherlands and ex- chairman of International Fiscal Association (‘IFA’) – India Branch. He represented India as panelist on ‘Taxation of E- Commerce-Policy Issues’ at the 55th Annual Congress of IFA- Netherlands held at San Francisco, United America.
He has been a member of:
- Emerging Issues Task Force’ set up by Ministry of Finance for recommending measures to Govt. of India on Non- Resident Taxation and issued related to International Taxation.
- The Technical Advisory Group (E- Commerce) of OFCD, Paris.
- Finance Sub Group of Construction Industry Development Council of Planning Commission of India.
- Expert Committee set up by Central Board of Direct Taxes for framing Transfer Pricing Regulation in India.
- ‘Satawalekar Committee’ on Real Estate Mutual Funds
He has been appointed as the member of ‘Export Group on Transfer Pricing’ constituted by United Nations. Presently, he is appointed a Member of Advisory Committee on International Tax and Transfer Pricing set up by the Govt. of India in 2012.
He has contributed many technical papers, delivered speeches and chaired technical presentations on the subject of International taxation and transfer pricing at various national and international firms. He is on the Board of several companies in India, both listed and unlisted, including subsidiaries of multinational companies.

C D Lala is a fellow member of the ICAI and brings in experience of over 35 years of experience in Audit & Assurances and management advisory. He has been associated with audit and assurance of large companies from diverse industry segments from telecom, insurance, aviation, oil and chemicals etc. He specializes in consultancy in areas of corporate law, valuation, mergers and acquisition. He strongly believes in the values of grooming the existing clients venturing into expansion and new businesses.

Mr. Sudhir Prabhu has been working passionately towards value addition in the field of audit and assurance for more than 20 years. He is based in Bangalore where he handles audit, taxation, due diligence and consultancy for several well known corporates in Banking, NBFC, Telecom, Energy Generation, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Education, Health Care and various other industries. He is a certified information system auditor and a valuation expert along with being a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also a speaker at various professional forums including ICAI and Direct Tax Research Institute.
